Privacy Policy
How we handle data on dendro-logic.com and across our client platforms. UK GDPR aligned, plain English.
1. Introduction
This policy outlines how Dendro Logic Ltd manages personal data. We are committed to absolute transparency and data sovereignty under the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
This site operates strictly as a professional information and enquiry portal. We do not support public user accounts or comments on this domain.
2. Lawful Basis
Contractual Necessity
Required processing to deliver our services, onboarding, and technical support to client organisations.
Legitimate Interests
Maintaining infrastructure security, preventing fraudulent enquiries (spam), and basic professional communication.
3. Website & Analytics
3.1 Professional Enquiries
Data submitted via the contact form (Name, Email, Mobile, Sector, and Message) is used solely to respond to your enquiry. For security, we also record the submitting IP address to prevent automated abuse.
3.2 Analytics and Hosting
This website does not use Google Analytics or any other analytics service, and it sets no cookies. Fonts, icons and scripts are served from our own domain, so visiting a page does not send your IP address to third parties such as Google.
The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes your IP address and standard request data to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse.
4. Client Sovereignty
The Neutrality Clause
Dendro Logic Ltd acts as a neutral infrastructure provider. The Client retains exclusive ownership and encryption keys to all data payloads within our instances. Our policy is "Zero-Knowledge" regarding Client Content where technically feasible.
4.1 Sub-processors
We use a limited set of vetted UK-bound sub-processors to maintain our infrastructure. All Client Content remains resident within UK-South (London) datacenters unless explicitly configured otherwise by the client.
5. Data Security & Retention
Interactions are secured via TLS 1.3. Marketing data is retained for 24 months post-enquiry. For our platforms, Client Content is purged 30 days after infrastructure decertification or service termination.
