By accessing this website or engaging Dendro Logic Ltd for services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must cease use of the site immediately.

2. Consultancy Services

All consultancy engagements, including but not limited to software architecture, compliance auditing, and digital transformation, are subject to a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Master Services Agreement (MSA).

• Scope: Defined strictly within the SOW.
• Deliverables: Provided "as-is" unless otherwise guaranteed in the MSA.
• Confidentiality: We adhere to strict NDAs regarding client intellectual property.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1 Site Content

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and code, is the property of Dendro Logic Ltd or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

3.2 Client Deliverables

Upon full payment, intellectual property rights for custom software and specific deliverables transfer to the Client as defined in the MSA. Dendro Logic retains rights to pre-existing libraries, tools, and methodologies (Background IP).

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dendro Logic Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with the use of our site or services.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
